Sometimes we have to modify/change our Blogger template for any purpose, like Changing CSS, Editing HTML or somethings etc. In this case our template may become unusable or corrupted if we make any mistake.
Before editing your Blogger Template you should always Backup your template first, so that you can restore it later because of any mistake you have made. Follow these steps:

1. Login to your Blogger Dashboard select your blog and then choose
Template from dropdown list:
2. Click on Backup/Restore at the top right side a popup box will appear click on
Download Full Template as shown below:
After clicking Download Full Template a xml file will be downloaded in a few seconds Now your Template has been backedup that's all.
